Editions

ServerAssist offers two editions to meet different requirements and budgets.

Agent-based solution:
An agent deployed to each server provides deep server monitoring, without needing a central monitoring system.

The Professional edition supports agent-based and agentless monitoring, giving you the flexibility to monitor all your servers in the most appropriate way.

Your most critical servers can benefit from the independent monitoring that only an agent can provide. For less critical servers, agentless monitoring gives you the assurances you need that those servers are also running smoothly.

Agentless solution:
A single server monitors the entire network, covering Windows servers and network devices.

The Workgroup edition provides core system monitoring without deploying any agents.

It is suitable for organisations that require a more cost-effective monitoring solution, but still need to be confident that their network is operating at peak efficiency.

Both editions allow you to also monitor the performance of all the SNMP devices located on your network, such as UPSs, routers and printers.

The two editions have different pricing and licensing arrangements.
