Console Options - Tools

The console tools provide diagnostic and logging capabilities for the console itself. Further analysis and diagnostic capabilities, for other ServerAssist components, are available as part of the Tools.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic logging can be used to create a log file of some of the internal activity carried out by the console. Normally, it is not necessary to enable this option. It should only be used when diagnosing a specific problem as requested by your technical support representative.
