Reporting - Performance Chart

The performance chart report displays a chart of collected performance data and a list of the performance items with their minimum, maximum and average values. The displayed data is for the period for which the performance data has been collected.The Analysis capabilities of ServerAssist can be used to "zoom in" on a specific part of the data.

The performance chart will be scaled using the values defined in the Report Presentation configuration, and any point that does not fall inside that range will not be displayed. It may be necessary to alter the scale factor of individual performance items to ensure that data is plotted correctly. Smoothing can be used to remove rapid fluctuations in the data in order to get a more sensible view of the performance activity.

The X axis of the chart will scale automatically according to the volume of data collected, and the time span covered by the data points.
