The network overview report provides a single page summary the overall network
state, divided into a number of sections.
Systems
The systems section divides all connected systems into 'Failed', 'Degraded'
and 'Healthy' status, split by computers (Windows and Linux / Unix), applications and
SNMP devices. A system is failed if it is offline or has a critical error,
is degraded if one of the
key indicators is in a critical or warning state,
and is normal if all key indicators are in a normal state.Resources
The resources section groups the key indicators from all systems, and totals
them by state.High CPU Load
The high CPU load section lists the systems that have the highest CPU load.
Note that the CPU load reported is an average over a few minutes, and not an instantaneous value.High Memory Load
The high memory load section lists the systems that have the highest memory
usage.Low Disk Space
The low disk space section lists the systems with the lowest available disk
space. This can be either only the single lowest volume for a system, or
can include each volume as a separate item.Failed Services
The failed services section lists all systems with at least one failed service.
A failed service is any service which is set to automatic start-up but which
is not currently running. Note that this may include services not monitored
by the ServerAssist service monitoring facility.Performance Items
The performance items section includes any collected performance
item for which two thresholds have been set, and which is configured
in
system monitoring to be monitored via the key indicators. |
