The performance chart settings control how the performance charts look. A smoothing facility
lets you get rid of rapid fluctuations (for example for processor load and network traffic)
and examine the overall trends.
To make the charts more readable, individual performance items can be removed from the charts,
varying scaling factors can be applied, and the system-generated colours can be changed to suit
individual preferences.
